This phrase sums it up for us. So love is the constant. He first loved and so gave us the opportunity for life, life eternal. When our faith becomes sight and our hope is fulfilled. Love remains as the greatest. This gospel love is the foundation for our commitment to Christ, His church and the lost world. This love is the cornerstone of our family. May you be blessed by the words contained in this blog as it follows this journey we call life.

Andi's Baby Shower

The first weekend of March, Meg traveled to Raleigh to work and help with Andi's shower. Andrea and her husband Nathan are some of our friends from Georgia. Page (GA), Jordan (GA), and Steph (GA) were all there! Meg would be what we consider a "married into Georgia girl" though she still loves the North!
It was a wonderful to pray over Judah, his parents and dedicate his life to the Lord. Their prayer for him is Hannah's prayer from I Samuel "I prayed for this child, and the LORD has granted me what I asked of him. So now I give him to the LORD. For his whole life he will be given over to the LORD...".

The spread!

Steph's masterpiece of a fruit salad!

Favors: A prayer card with baseball sugar cookies. Judah's nursery is done in a baseball theme.

The planning committee with the soon to be mommy!

Brandi (my roomie before Nick ;-) and me enjoying the shower!
